You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or training data
• Not use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Service without permission

When you provide prompts, upload images, or create designs through our AI tools ("User Content"), you grant Artfrika a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content solely for the purposes of operating, providing, improving, and promoting the Service.

You retain ownership of your original prompts and any User Content you upload.

AI-generated designs created through the Service are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not resell the raw AI-generated outputs as standalone digital products (e.g., selling the design files themselves on stock platforms).

The Service, including all AI models, underlying technology, website design, text, graphics, and logos (except User Content) are owned by Artfrika or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our written permission.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.
